Projection of exosome release events (yellow spots) recorded by live TIRF microscopy in a cervical cancer cell (blue) over a time-course of 3 minutes. (Verweij et al JCB 2018). For this Frederik Verweij and Michiel designed a CD63-pHluorin construct that was recently awarded with the Addgene blue flame award as 100 samples have been distributed around the world!
